These terms apply when you use the Roland Recovery website, request an estimate or arrange vehicle collection and delivery.
1. Website estimates
An online estimate is guidance and is not a confirmed booking. The final price is confirmed after the route, vehicle, access, timing and collection requirements are checked.
2. Information you provide
You must provide accurate information about the vehicle, condition, keys, wheels, steering, access and collection requirements. A price may change if important information is incorrect or missing.
3. Auction collections
You are responsible for payment, valid release or transporter authority, collection deadlines and ensuring the vehicle is available. Storage and auction charges remain your responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
4. Access and safe loading
Collection and delivery points must be legally and safely accessible. A job may be refused or rearranged where access, vehicle condition, weather or another safety issue makes loading unsafe.
5. Price and payment
Additional charges may apply for waiting time, tolls, clean-air charges, failed collection, locked wheels, missing parts, specialist loading or a changed route.
6. Cancellation
Tell us as early as possible if the job changes. Reasonable costs may be charged where travel has started or the vehicle cannot be released.
7. Vehicle contents
Remove valuables and personal property. Unless agreed in writing, the service is for the vehicle only.
8. Delays
Times are estimates. Traffic, auction queues, weather and events outside reasonable control may cause delay.
9. Existing condition
Pre-existing damage should be disclosed. Photographs may be taken for condition records.
10. Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, we are not responsible for indirect loss or loss caused by inaccurate customer information.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
