Information we collect

- Collection and delivery addresses.
- Vehicle, condition, weight category and auction details.
- Quote, booking, payment and communication records.
- Basic security information such as IP address and request time.
- Optional first-party analytics only when accepted, including page visits, active session time, traffic source, device/browser category, scroll depth and website interactions. Analytics does not store IP addresses or customer contact details.
Why we use it
To calculate estimates, respond to enquiries, perform transport work, keep records, handle complaints, prevent misuse and improve the website.
Lawful bases
We rely on steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests and consent where relevant.
Who we share it with
Hosting, email, mapping, accounting and IT providers; auction, collection or delivery contacts where needed; and authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
- Unbooked enquiries: normally up to 24 months.
- Completed jobs and invoices: normally up to 6 years.
- Security logs: normally up to 12 months.
Consent-based website analytics: normally up to 180 days.
