Confirm payment and release
Make sure the vehicle is fully paid, available for collection and not blocked by an outstanding account requirement. Check the collection deadline and any storage charges.
Follow the current booking process
Check your Copart account and provide transporter authority or release information where required.
Describe the vehicle honestly
- Does it start and drive?
- Do all wheels roll?
- Does it steer and brake?
- Are any wheels, suspension parts or keys missing?
The first estimate does not need a lot number. The auction company, branch, delivery, vehicle and condition are enough to calculate a starting price.
Check the delivery access
Tell us about narrow roads, low branches, parking restrictions, gates or any reason the truck may not reach the delivery point safely.
